Bridal Questions

1.I just got engaged…where do I start?

Congratulations Bride-to-be!! Make sure you take time and enjoy the moment because everything will speed up in the planning process! When it comes to looking for/buying your dress, we recommend starting your journey around one year out from your wedding day! This allows plenty of time for shipping and alterations!

2.How should I prepare for my First Time Bridal Appointment?

First of all... WE ARE SO EXCITED and you should be too!!!  Don't worry, don't stress, be happy, this is your day and BTW your dress finds you! Please bring your shapewear, flesh tone undergarments, shoes, and NO SPRAY TANS. No outside food or drink are allowed in our establishment. (please :)) **Not abiding by these rules may result in a fee**

3.What designers do you carry?

Currently our shop carries Morilee and Stella Couture. Starting September 2024 we will be introducing Randy Fenoli Bridal, as well as, Pollardi Fashion Group.

4.What are the average price ranges of your gowns?

At Evermore Bridal, we pride ourselves on being both budget and size inclusive! We are able to cater to brides in all of the following budget categories: $500-$1000, $1000-$1500, $1500 - $2000, $2000 - $2500, and $2500+. We will never pull anything for you that is over your budget (unless you want us too!)

5.What size range do you have in-store?

Evermore Bridal Boutique was created, in part, due to the lack of “curvy” dress options in bridal shops. At Evermore, we cater to ALL brides, with sizes ranging from 2 - 32, you are sure to find the perfect fit!!

6.What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and we do allow cash payments. If you prefer to use Apple Pay, we offer that as well! Another option for any brides on a budget is our 3-6 month payment plan. When it is time to place your dress order, we require half down to fulfill the order, then the remainder of the payments can be put on a 3-6 month payment plan! Payment plans can be canceled or started at any time!

7.I want to try on a dress that you currently do not have in store. Is it possible to bring the gown in to try?

Yes and No. This question depends solely on the designer and the options they provide. Morilee WILL allow us to bring dresses that we do not already have but Stella Couture will not. This is the same with Randy Fenoli and Pollardi Fashion Group, as we are able to bring in various Randy Fenoli dresses but we are not able to bring in different gowns from Pollardi fashion Group. If you have questions about a specific gown, feel free to give the shop a call

8.I just got my dress arrival notification. What happens now?

First, schedule your dress pick up appointment by visiting our website at www.evermorebridalboutique.com and click "Schedule an Appointment" or give our store a call at 804-894-8855 and then show up for your appointment!

9.What happens at a dress pick-up appointment?

No seamstress, no worries! We have a seamstress that works on site at the shop and she is available to all Evermore Brides needing alterations. We do not force our brides to use our seamstress for alterations, so if you have a friend or family member that can do alterations, feel free to use them! All of our brides get the option!

Tuxedo Questions

1.My Groom still needs a tux. Do you offer Tuxedos?

Evermore Bridal Boutique has partnered with Generation Tux to provide our brides with a one stop shop for Bride and Groom attire.

2.What is the rental process?

  1. No store visits. No picking up the suit or tux the day before your event. No dropping off the garments the day after. No ill-fitting garments, and best of all, no last-minute stress. Here's how it works:
    1. Design your look
    2. Easy online fitting
  • Get your order 14 days before your event
  1. Return within 3 days after your event
  2. That's it! When you rent with us, you get free shipping and delivery 14 days before your event, free replacements, and pre-paid returns.

3.What is Generation Tux’s “Free Home Try-on?”

  1. Generation Tux offers the groom or wedding couple a complimentary, no-risk 48-hour Home Try-On* period. With this perk, you have two full days to test drive your suit or tuxedo so you can show it off to your partner and friends, take some selfies, and get an idea of what your outfit will feel like on the day of your event.
  2. At the end of the trial period, simply send everything back, let us know of any changes you may want, and 14 days before your big day, your finalized look will arrive on your doorstep.

4.What is the fitting process? How do I know it will fit?

No measurements needed here. Simply answer a few basic questions about your height, weight, etc. and they take care of the rest. They’ll get your fit without you ever having to leave your couch. The online fit algorithm, honed by hundreds of thousands of rentals, surpasses traditional manual fittings. Rent the perfect suit or tuxedo effortlessly with our advanced, accurate technology. With Generation Tux, receive your suit or tuxedo 14 days before your big day.

5.What is the price range for Tuxedos?

Suit rentals from Generation Tux start at $149, with the option to buy each suit for $699. This collection includes black, tan, charcoal, and gray suits, along with an expansive selection of blue suits like navy, bright, mystic, slate, indigo, and postman. The limited Allure collection is available for rent only and the suits have a slightly higher price, going for $159. These include dark blue, dark brown, light gray, and beige.

6.The wedding is complete. Now what do I do with the tux?

  1. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label with your package. Within three (3) days following your event, send your rental items back to us via UPS (in the prepaid return bag included with your order). That’s it!! Enjoy married life!!
