The Evermore Story is a heartwarming tale of love, family, and celebration. It all began with "A Tale as Old as Time," just like every other classic fairy tale. Sisters Tammy Vreeland and Rachel Hersh had big dreams, and those dreams finally became a reality in 2022 when Tammy's oldest daughter got engaged. Shortly after the heartwarming proposal, the exciting hunt for the perfect wedding dress started without delay. Tammy tirelessly explored the offerings at various local bridal shops, feeling disheartened by the limited choices available. This scarcity of options prompted the sisters to realize their dream of establishing a unique bridal boutique. They envisioned a warm, inviting space that would offer brides a memorable "Say 'Yes' to the Dress" experience right in their own community. Their ultimate goal was to create an all-encompassing haven that celebrated every bride, irrespective of her size or budget.

With their business mission established, Tammy and Rachel set out to find the ideal location. As lifelong residents of the area, they knew the perfect spot - Old Towne Petersburg, which their father, Richard, had long admired. After securing the location and completing the renovations, the sisters had to choose a name.

Staying true to the Beauty and the Beast theme, they landed on "Evermore Bridal Boutique." Even with the significant progress made, there was still much work ahead. Next, our talented team was assembled. At Evermore, we are more than colleagues - we are family.

Once they had settled on a name, finalized the location, and polished their business plan, it was time for the exciting part of curating the store's collection with the most exquisite gowns for every bride out there. A collaborative effort between the co-owners and all the talented stylists was key in ensuring that a diverse range of visions and preferences were considered, resulting in a beautifully varied selection that caters to different bridal styles and tastes.

Since its grand opening, Evermore Bridal has always made a conscious effort to contribute to the local community and go above and beyond to assist brides in every way possible! Our journey started by becoming a proud local Chamber of Commerce member and attending the 2023 Grapes and Hops Festival. In addition, we have been actively involved in several styled photoshoots that aim to uplift and promote the talents of our local wedding vendors. However, our commitment doesn't end there; we are thrilled to announce that we will be back at the 2024 Grapes and Hops Festival to share our passion with the community.
